Family C · Your settings
Thirty seconds of profile, and organisers find you.
Your level, your position and your town do one job : getting the right matches in front of you, and letting organisers know who they're taking. Reputation, meanwhile, builds match by match — and not the way people assume.
In 30 seconds
- Fill in level, preferred position and town — 30 seconds, once.
- After every match, players rate each other on four things.
- Your overall score appears from 5 ratings onwards.
- Ratings are anonymous to other players.
What you fill in
Three fields, and they genuinely do something.
Your level
It's the first filter organisers use. Pitch it honestly : overrating yourself ruins nine other people's evening, underrating keeps you away from matches that would suit you.
Your preferred position
Useful when an organiser is specifically after a keeper or a defender. It doesn't tie you to it.
Your town
It decides what Discover shows you first, and puts you in other players' « active near you » suggestions.
Your availability
Marking yourself available lifts you up for organisers looking for players, and to the top of your mates' friend lists.
How reputation is built
From ratings alone. Neither match scores nor friend counts come into it.
The four parts of a rating
- Turning up — there, late, or absent
- Behaviour — fine or not
- Level of play — as the others experienced it
- Team spirit
What gets shown
- A reliability out of 100
- A fair play level — a level, not a rank
- The perceived level others give you
- All of it only from 5 ratings onwards
Why wait for five ratings
With two or three responses, one player in a bad mood would define your reputation. The threshold protects everyone. In the meantime you can still see what the first players said about you — it's only the overall score that stays hidden.
Stuck?
My reputation score isn't showing
It appears from 5 ratings received. Below that you can see the detail of what players indicated, but no overall score. Play a few more matches and it will unlock.
Who left that rating?
Nobody will know : ratings are anonymous to other players. That's what lets someone honestly flag a repeated no-show without dreading the confrontation at the next match.
Someone left me an unfair rating
A single rating carries little weight : reputation is an average across all responses. If the behaviour goes beyond disagreement — insults, harassment — use « Report » from their profile : the moderation team reviews every report.
I can't rate the players from a match
Ratings open when the organiser ends the match. Until they do, nobody can rate anybody.
Does losing matches damage my reputation?
No. A match score has no effect on your reputation : only ratings count. You can lose every match and remain the most reliable player in your town.
What do others see on my profile?
Your first name, your photo if you've added one, your level, your position, your town, your availability, and your reputation if it has passed the threshold. Your email address is never shown.
Fill in your profile in 30 seconds.
Level, position, town. It's the difference between being invited and being forgotten.
